Through
this program we implement processes of training and advice for the
community participation, organization and empowerment, and for the local
management strengthening as well. All of that in order to generate attitudes
and mental changes oriented to creating and developing communities with a
feeling of attachment to the region, articulated to their municipalities,
with integrated families, and leaders aware of the fact that development
depends, to a great extent, on their commitment and self-determination.
